The Vicinity Customer Success team are ready to help you get you set up as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most customers are set-up within 4-6 weeks and don’t look back.
Once signed off, and data protection agreements are in place, you will be able to gather your data and send it across to us. We want to make starting on Vicinity as smooth an experience as possible, so we will import your data for you.
Don't worry if you are importing data from another system, send us what you have and we'll be able to advise you on what needs to be done to get the data into the system as smoothly as possible.
We'll hand over the system with your data uploaded. Make sure you spot check your data to make sure everything has come across successfully. Then it's on to training. A member of our Customer Success team will train you and your team on the features available to you. For best practice, assign a "power user" who can take responsibility for the system.
